Esther is an environmental scientist and marine conservationist who is also passionate about science communication particularly the curation of educational content, and the development of actionable strategies aimed at increasing environment, climate, and ocean literacy with various stakeholders through systems and design thinking.

Esther is experienced in navigating environmental frameworks and adept at advising and integrating diverse perspectives into national, regional, and global initiatives to drive positive change in marine conservation, policies and governance. She also advocates for of Indigenous Peoples, Local and under-represented Communities rights, needs recognition and inclusion, meaningful youth engagement, and intergenerational equity for effective decision making in environmental policy processes.

Esther's work cross-cuts biodiversity conservation, climate change, and plastic pollution and seeks to inspire collaborative action that galvanizes land-sea governance and coordinated protection of these ecosystems.
